The Collaborative of the SCFD is a non-profit membership organization comprised of Tier I, Tier II and Tier III art, science and cultural organizations funded by the SCFD, a Colorado sales and use tax in Adams, Arapahoe, Boulder, Broomfield, Denver, Douglas and Jefferson Counties.
